About Us
Wild Atlantic Recovery brings mobile sports recovery directly to athletes and teams across Cork county and beyond.
Compression boots, cold plunges and our mobile wood fired sauna, all delivered right to your doorstep, set up pitch side and in the dressing rooms. Helping with performance on the pitch, faster recovery and team bonding.
Each recovery session combines:

15 minutes in Normatec compression boots.

15 minutes in our mobile wood-fired sauna.

15 minutes in the cold plunges.
We work with over 30 GAA and sports teams around Cork including All-Ireland Junior A hurling Champions Kilbrittain, All-Ireland Senior Camogie finalists St Finbarr's and County Junior A football Champions Kilmacabea. We have also toured Ireland as the recovery partner for the Lions Rugby Charity team.
We also provide workshops to female GAA athletes on ‘life on and off the pitch’. This covers injury prevention, sports recovery, nutrition, hydration, training around the menstrual cycle and mindset.
